I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and spacious room, which even offered a partial view of the ocean, making my brief stay here feel special. plus, with the beach just a short walk away and Grant Park only about 2.5 km away, I had plenty of beautiful spots to explore nearby.

I recently stayed for two nights and found the location perfect, making it easy to walk to the beach. The staff was friendly and attentive, creating a comfortable environment for relaxation. I appreciated the workout facilities available, which helped keep my fitness routine going.

I experienced issues with lingering dirt on some surfaces in my room. Additionally, I encountered problems with seating availability during breakfast, which affected the overall experience.

Clean King Room with a firm mattress and all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, coffee machine, and a nice private bathroom with free toiletries. Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We enjoyed the pristine beaches at San Buenaventura State Beach and took a relaxing stroll along the Ventura Pier and Promenade. The renovated rooms were clean and modern. The customer service was top-notch, especially at the M Club where breakfast was fantastic.

The only downside was the parking fee, which felt a bit excessive for the stay.
